Sales excluding VAT (UK specific)

Generally, sales of products and services are subject to VAT. There are however, some exceptions to this, such as international trade outside the EU, financial services, and copyrights. It is also possible that you are selling zero rated items or items outside the scope of VAT.
Read more about using VAT here.

Creating an invoice without VAT

1. Go to the Invoices tab and click on Create invoice
2. Choose invoice type Sales excluding VAT on the right under the Invoicing settings.

3. The VAT percentage column will disappear and will no longer show on the invoice.

We encourage you to confirm with your accountant when to use this invoice type and what text to include on the invoice.
