Keeping track of your invoices

Our software offers you multiple ways of keeping an eye on the status of your invoices. A good way of doing this is to check the Home tab. It offers a quick overview of your open and overdue invoices:
Another helpful tool is the notification system informing you if a certain invoice has been paid or has become overdue:
Invoice statuses
You can manage the statuses of your invoices under the Invoices tab. Select an invoice and click the status button on the right. The possible statuses are Created, Sent, Overdue, In collection and Paid. When you’re marking an invoice as Paid, you can also choose the date when the invoice has been paid and to which account. At the moment we offer Cash in hand and Bank accounts. We’re looking to add more accounts in the future.

If you have marked an invoice as Paid and want to delete it, or change the details of the payment, you can mark the invoice back as Sent (not paid) with the same button.
