Great, you’ve found your way to Zervant - let’s get you started! In the following we present you three steps that we recommend you to take before creating your first invoice.
1. Add your company information
In order for your invoices to look professional you should first add your company information. This will appear automatically on every invoice, so you don’t need to worry about adding it every time.
Go to My Account, click on Company contact information and fill out all relevant fields. Also don’t forget to add your company logo at the bottom of your page. This will give your invoice a personal, yet professional look.
Next, add the bank details and payment information of your company under My account > Payment methods. As above, the payment information will automatically appear on all invoices.
2. Add your products and services
To create invoices even faster, you can already add all your products and services to your database, so that you can easily select the product/service when you create an invoice. If you don’t want to add your products just yet you can skip this step.
Open My account and click on Products and services. Now click on Add product to add a single product to your database.

3. Add your customer details
Add your customers to your own customer database. This will help save you time later when you create an invoice, but you can always add a customer while creating an invoice.
Open the Customers tab and click on New company customer or New private customer, depending on the type of your customer. Now, fill in all relevant information. Once you've created a customer you will be able to choose the customer when creating an invoice.

4. Create your first invoice
After you have personalized your account you can create an invoice in only 30 seconds. Go ahead and try it out!
Open the Invoice tab and click on Create invoice. In the invoice editor, select first the Customer from the drop-down menu on the top left. Select the Products and services you want to add to your invoice and choose the quantity. To add a personal note, click in the message field and add a text to your invoice. Click on Next to preview the invoice.
If you are happy with your invoice, click on Send and either download the invoice as PDF or send it directly via Zervant.
