Zervant got stuck and I have to re-enter my invoice data. How can I prevent this?



When creating multiple invoices in a row, we recommend that you refresh the browser every time after creating an invoice, as this will stop the web app from crashing. Currently our software does not save drafts of invoices automatically, so refreshing will help you prevent losing your data.

We also recommend refreshing the page after every recurring invoice profile created, so that the software will update the invoice numbers correctly.

You can refresh your browser in multiple ways:
  • Click this icon, usually located next the the address row: 
  • On PC, press F5
  • On Mac, press Command + R
