How to define your user account



You can choose your Zervant account settings in My account -> User account.

Service language - We offer six languages at the moment (German, English, Finnish, French, Dutch, Swedish). When you create a Zervant account, there will be a window, where you can choose your user language. You can however always change it here. Please note also that this doesn't mean the invoicing language, just the language you like to use Zervant with. Invoicing language can be chosen separately in My account -> Invoicing settings.


Send e-mail reminders - Here you can choose if/when you will get an email of all notifications on the Home page of your account.

User name - This is the email address you entered when you created a Zervant account. You can change it at any time. This address is also used when you send an invoice/estimate to a customer via our system and you choose to send copy to yourself. If you want to edit the email that is shown on your invoices go to My account -> Company contact information.

NB! You can only have one Zervant account with a specific email address.

Password -  Here you can change the password to your Zervant account. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a temporary one by clicking on the log in page Forgot your password?. Remember to send it to the email you use as your user name in Zervant.


Regional settings
Currency - The default currency of your Zervant account. Please note that these currency settings do not include the currency settings for individual invoices. If you wish to change the currency on the invoice, please read here.

Time format - You can configure how you want the time to be shown from different actions, e.g. the invoice history: Invoices tab -> choose invoice -> click on History tab on the right.

Date format - The format how you want all dates to be shown on your account.
NB! All entries in our system are made within the UTC (GMT) time zone. If you check the invoice history, please be aware of the time zone you are located in and whether it is winter/summer time. Add/subtract the hours from the displayed UTC time if want to know when you have, for instance, sent the invoice in your local time (check the time zone map here).
