Zervant doesn't load after logging in. What should I do?

There may be many reasons why this is happening. Two most common reasons are:

Safari Private Browsing

If you're using the Safari browser, make sure that the window you're using with Zervant isn't in Private Mode.
The easiest way to identify a private window is that a window that’s using Private Browsing has a dark Smart Search field with white text. Due to way that Safari handles cookies and cache while in this mode, Zervant won't work as long as it's used in this mode. 
To stop using Private Browsing: Close the Private Browsing window and open a new window (choose File > New Window to open a window that doesn’t use Private Browsing).

Ad-blocking add-ons

Our software relies on data that comes from various sources and very often one of them can be blocked by an ad-blocker if you're using one.
In order to ensure full functionality of the software, we highly recommend that you disable ad-blocker on our site or temporarily disable it altogether so that Zervant can function properly.
